Join Our Team as Solution Sales Manager - EPC's & Grid solutions

If so, we want to hear from you! We are seeking a Solution Sales Manager specializing in Power Systems and Energy Management to join our team in Espoo or Vaasa, Finland.
As the Solution Sales Manager, your mission will be to grow Schneider Electric's market share among EPC customers in Finland and other electro-intensive end users. You will focus on expanding our Medium Voltage portfolio and EcoStruxure Power & Grid solutions within these accounts.
What will you do
- Identify and translate customer requirements into Schneider Electric's energy management offerings, serving as the main point of contact.
- Manage the EPC customer channel in Finland and identify new customers to expand the pipeline for Medium & Grid solutions opportunities.
- Establish effective matrix management contacts to implement the Energy Management strategy within accounts.
- Increase market share among electro-intensive end users, such as data centers and energy transition projects.
- Collaborate with Schneider Electric teams to address and resolve customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and sustainable business growth.
What will help you to succeed
- A suitable educational background, such as a degree in Electrical Engineering, other engineering field, or business.
- Several years of sales experience, particularly in infrastructure projects and high, medium, or low voltage projects.
- Experience in solution sales and customer relationship management.
- Understanding of industry-specific challenges related to sustainability and energy management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and dynamic approach to business development.
- Proficiency in English and Swedish; additional Nordic languages are a plus.
