Specialist, Market Research & CI

Support the company's efforts in understanding the needs, preferences and behaviors of the target user groups, establish and maintain a systematic process and infrastructure for gathering, interpreting, and maintaining consumer and customer insights required for the innovation, new product development, marketing and sales processes.Responsibilities and main tasks:
Develop and implement a market research strategy aligned with the business objectives of Oras Group. Define clear goals, methodologies, and KPIs to guide market research activities and drive actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, technology, marketing, R&D and sales, to identify key research priorities and integrate consumer and customer insights into innovation, new product development, marketing campaigns, and sales strategies.
Help to design and execute market research studies, including field research interviews, focus groups, online surveys to gather consumer and customer insights at various touchpoints in the customer journey.
Utilize both qualitative and quantitative research methods to uncover insight. Develop standardized questionnaire templates, tools, and processes for collecting, organizing, and analyzing market research data. Utilize statistical analysis, data visualization, and analytics techniques to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations in research data.
Develop and maintain relationships with external research agencies, vendors, and partners to support Oras Group's market research initiatives. Ensure timely and accurate completion of research projects. Support in negotiating contracts, service agreements, and pricing terms to optimize cost-effectiveness and quality of research services.
Create and maintain databanks of installers, planners, architects, and other key stakeholders around major European centers to support research effort of innovation, product management, sales and marketing teams.
Establish and maintain a centralized repository for market research data. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and security of databanks through regular data validation, cleansing, and updates.
Implement data management best practices and protocols to safeguard sensitive information and comply with data privacy regulations. 
Support functions in collecting and interpreting systematically customer and consumer insight and help to convert this data into customer value adding actions. 
Train and support internal stakeholders on how to collect, access and leverage market research insights effectively.
Experience and education (Prerequisites):
Experience as a market research or customer insight specialist / analyst or similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or consumer goods industry.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in research methodologies and data analysis. 
Familiar with different CI, CX and market research tools & systems. 
Fluent in English and German / Finnish / Nordic languages. 
Good social skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, statistics, market research, or related field.
Ability to travel.
