Meet Aziz Alzayed, a Senior Software Full-Stack Developer at Metso. Originally from Damascus, Syria, Aziz began a new chapter in Finland eight years ago, choosing it as his home away from home. Juggling a career in software development, a Masters degree in AI, and technical certifications in metalwork, Aziz’s path is one of continuous growth. His journey at Metso started in early 2023 in the WearSense team.

One concrete way to do this is job rotation. We believe in the power of job rotation to foster personal growth, cross-functional collaboration and innovative problem-solving methods.
