We are now looking for summer trainees to work with our Valves technology related positions in mechanical engineering, documentation and research and development field. These positions are in our Vantaa site.
In your summer job as a project engineer trainee, you support in our customer projects doing eg. technical specification and product configuration work, preparing customer specific testing plans, hosting factory acceptance testing, as well as customer documentation tasks like issuing and reviewing technical documentation for our global customers.
As a summer trainee in research and development, you might be doing planning, implementation and reporting of product development testing as well as the development and maintenance of testing capabilities. You might also have a chance to participate in testing, monitoring, maintenance and reporting of valve positioners and their user interfaces.
As a summer trainee in mechanical engineering, you will be doing engineering of valve products in R&D projects and product maintenance tasks
As a summer trainee in product life cycle management, your tasks include eg. preparing the introduction of a new system for product life cycle management (PLM), mapping the production equipment and aids and their critical information. Then the collected information is put together with the factory's already collected information and prepared for import into the PLM system.
As a summer trainee in product data management and documentation, your task includes preparation of marketing materials and different kind of sales analyses.
What do we expect from you?
We want to support future talents like you to gain some valuable work experience in your field of study.
Whether you study Mechanical, Process or Energy Engineering or similar field in a University of Applied Sciences or University, these positions might be suitable for you. We expect you to be fluent in both written and verbal English, Finnish is often an asset.
A good knowledge of IT systems and tools commonly used in your field of studies (for example experience of 3D modelling software, Solidworks, MS Office & Aton) is an advantage.
