As a Summer Trainee - Global Quotation Support, you will
- You will be responsible for coordinating incoming requests from the Market areas, Order Management and Customer Logistics locations.
- Processing requests that are entered through Salesforce.
- Making quick decisions if requests can be completed or if they needs to be assigned to another team within the Global Quotation Support group.
- Using SAP and other tools to gather information to determine how the requests should be handled.
- Estimating costs and prices of crushing spare parts based on given guidelines.
- Establishing supply lanes and calculating lead times.
Who you are
- A positive and spontaneous can-do mindset and a proactive approach to work
- A strong focus on customer service, adept problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are a must
- Ability to work as part of a global team while also working independently
- Fluent verbal and written communication in Finnish and English is mandatory.
- Experience with SAP S/4 ERP system is a plus

You will join a team of Price and Supply Estimation specialists dedicated to timely customer service without risking the quality of the job. Your role plays a crucial part in helping our Quote and Order Management teams to serve our customers in a timely manner. We work closely with internal stakeholders, such as Crusher Spare Parts product lines, a Master Data team and Tactical Sourcing. Our team culture is all about getting it done together. The members in our team are located in Finland, Lithuania, North and Central America and Australia.

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 2065-2875 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.
Our Summer Trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at, or recently graduated from, an educational institution in Finland, as well as Finnish students pursuing their studies abroad. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services for these positions.
