As a Summer Trainee - Global Quotation Support you will:
- Provide Market Area List Price (MALP) in accordance with global pricing policies as per received requests
- Define sources, create supply chains, and provide lead times based on agreed rules
- Coordinate support to Internal Sales Team through parts identification and technical clarifications
- Research parts history to understand parts usage and pricing levels offered previously and consider capability for commonality and parts harmonization
- Raise request from Procurement for costing on parts through Supply processes and tools
- Raise requests for creation of Material Master Data
Our team provides global support to identify the most suitable vendors, define supply chains, and quote parts for customers in the Aggregates and Mining Industry. You will support and coordinate customer quotation requests, data enrichment and Market Area List Prices based on the market intelligence and value add. The aim is to provide quotes fast with high quality for Market Areas when information is not available for them to complete the customer request.
Who you are
- A higher degree study background in for example Process Technology, Process Metallurgy, Materials Engineering, Automation,Supply chain management, IT, Industrial engineering, Customer experience (CX), Customer data management etc.
- A customer-focused and innovative mindset, and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and great work ethic
- Eagerness to learn more, develop, and succeed in the role.
- Good skills in MS Office tools
- Combined technical and business mindset
- Good communication skills in English

Our Summer Trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at, or recently graduated from, an educational institution in Finland, as well as Finnish students pursuing their studies abroad. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services for these positions.
