We are looking for a
Summer Trainee, HR
to join Normet'sHR team in Iisalmi, Finland on 5th of May - 31stof August 2025.
Our Human Resources Team in Finland is responsible for key people processes, such as recruitment, people development and well-being. We support Normet's managers in daily employee related questions.
We are looking for a summer trainee to act as a substitute during our summer holidays. In this position, you will participate in a project to collect personnel education data, archive the people data and coordinate the onboarding process for our summer trainees. You will also assist in payroll-related tasks.
To shine in this position, we hope you have:

ongoing Bachelor's or Master's degree studies for example in Business and Administration / Human Resources / Adult Education, and are close tograduation

an organized, systematic and accurate working style

eagerness to take responsibility

strong desire and interest to develop in the field of HR. We appreciate your previous experience in Human Resources.

a customer serviceoriented, flexibleand a liable working approach

excellent interaction skills, and you communicate easily with people from different organizational levels

Your communication skills in Finnish are on a native speaker's level and you have good command of English.
