We are looking for Summer Trainees to join our Inventory Planning and Optimization team in Tampere!
As a Summer Trainee in the Inventory Planning and Optimization team in the Global Inventory Planning organization in Tampere, you will:
- Work and have ownership of requirement planning and inventory availability for aftermarket and per planning category split.
- Manage and monitor stock levels and daily requisition exceptions related to availability or excess inventory.
- Cooperate and communicate with stakeholders to tackle and find solutions to the potential risks of unavailability and unexpected issues.
- Support in other possible inventory planning and optimization analysis and other tasks, such as replenishment planning and orders.
- Ensure the optimization and development requirements of processes, competencies, and efficiencies through continuous improvement activities and performance monitoring.
Who you are
- A higher degree study background in, e.g., Business, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering and Management.
- Genuine interest in inventory management and supply chains and eagerness to learn more, develop, and succeed.
- Enjoy teamwork and collaboration while also being able to work independently, taking ownership of driving certain tasks proactively.
- A positive customer-focused attitude and innovative mindset.
- Great work ethic and problem-solving skills.
- Good skills in MS Office tools, especially in MS Excel. Fluent in verbal and written English communication skills

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 2065-2875 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.
Our Summer Trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at, or recently graduated from, an educational institution in Finland, as well as Finnish students pursuing their studies abroad. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services for these positions.
