Summer Trainee, Logistics Planning & Terminal Coordination
to our Commercial Operations EMEA team in Espoo.

Your role during the summer
You will support the EMEA Logistics Planning & Terminal Coordination team and work very closely with the Operations team, which coordinates all operative and logistics matters in renewable and petroleum product and raw material shipments as well as takes care of customer service functions. You will be involved in the day-to-day execution of raw material purchase operations associated mainly with shipments by trucks, rail and containers to our storage locations across the whole Europe. This position requires accuracy in daily operations, passion for problem solving and working with numbers. One of the key targets in this role is to manage truck, rail and container related data entries to our systems by focusing on operational efficiency, digitalization, and automation initiatives.

The job is located in Keilaranta, Espoo, with excellent transport connections. We work regularly at least three days a week at the office to ensure seamless collaboration and sense of belonging.
The position follows the collective agreement for senior salaried employees. If you are in the early stages of your studies, the minimum starting salary is 2300 EUR. Your salary will also depend on relevant work experience and, for students, the number of completed course credits. We welcome applications from both current students and those who have graduated in 2024. Please note that you must be at least 18 years old at the start of employment. The summer job typically takes place between May 1 and September 30, 2025.
