UPM Pulp Marketing, Sustainability and Communications team is looking for a Marketing and Communications trainee at UPM's head office in Helsinki.

What you will do

As Marketing and Communications trainee you will be working with a versatile range of activities in collaboration with a global network of colleagues. The tasks include:

  • Producing, editing and publishing various types of content for internal and external channels
  • Planning, creating and publishing engaging content for social media
  • Designing and coordinating production of marketing materials and presentations
  • Support with sustainability marketing and communication activities
  • Producing event materials and assisting in event management


Who you are

  • Marketing/communication/media student (AMK/university)
  • You have good writing skills and master web, photo and video editing as well as social media
  • A well organised team player with a curious mindset, a can-do attitude and fluent written and spoken Finnish and English
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office tools, Canva and Adobe tools are considered as an asset
