Danfoss Editron is looking for aSummer Trainee to join our Production Planning teamover the summer in Lappeenranta. The team is responsible for the Danfoss Editron production planning in Lappeenranta locations.

Job Responsibilities
If you take this exciting challenge to join us as our Summer Trainee in the Editron Production Planning team, your tasks might include, depending on your background and skills:
- Setting up a production plan based on the inputs and outputs of the planned orders.
- Managing capacity constraints in a short lead time environment.
- Helping the manufacturing team successfully prioritize workflow.
- Reviewing and taking action to improve operational capacity/flexibility.
- Working cross-functionally with appropriate team members on updates to work orders due to customer, engineering, or vendor changes.
Background & Skills
For you to excel in this position, you should have completed at least 3 years of M.Sc. or B.Sc. studies in an appropriate engineering science (Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration, or another related field). Good SAP and MS Office skills, especially in Excel. Passionate about learning and to continuously improve skills. Business fluent English skills are essential.
We expect you to have a good command of English. Additionally, you are a team player who can take initiative and you are eager to develop your skills, professionally and personally.
