We are looking for a 

Summer Trainee, Project Management 

to join Normet's Project Management team in Iisalmi on 1.5.2025 to 31.8.2025 

The team is responsible for Global Project Management, Current Product Development and Sales Configurator Development and its mission is to provide world class level Projects with high safety, quality and technical leadership. We are looking for a summer trainee to join our global team. 

In this position, you will participate in our team in Iisalmi, specified to Sales Configurator Development.  

Main responsibilities and tasks: 

• Sales Configurator Development support  

• Current Product development, BOM creation support 

• Project Management support tasks 

To shine in this position, we hope you have:   

• B.Sc.or M.Sc. student for example in mechanical engineering, IT or business administration 

• Good people interaction skills, including good communication skills in Finnish and English 

• The right attitude to work with a global network of people with different personalities and cultural backgrounds. 

• Skills in MS Office tools, especially in Excel. Programming, Power BI & PDM skills are counted as an advantage.
