As a Summer Trainee, Quality Engineer, you will: 

 

  • Handle warranties including root cause analysis and coordinate corrective & preventive actions
  • Perform quality inspections: visual inspection, manual measurement tools and 3D scanning
  • Coordinating quality inspections by the 3PL warehouse 
  • Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Claim quality issues from suppliers
  • Improve product quality and product quality assurance process
  • Work mainly at the office but have the readiness to travel domestically

 

 

Who you are

 

  • A higher degree study background for example in Mechanical Engineering
  • Initiative, independent, and systematic work style
  • Eagerness to learn more, develop, and succeed in the role
  • An ability to work as part of a team, while also working independently on certain tasks
  • Good skills in MS Office tools, also SAP ERP preferred
  • Full working proficiency in English and Finnish
  • An understanding of Global Logistics Network and Global Supply Chain Management is seen as an advantage
  • Willingness to travel domestically

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 2065-2875 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.



Our Summer Trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at, or recently graduated from, an educational institution in Finland, as well as Finnish students pursuing their studies abroad. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services for these positions.
