Source to Pay Process and Solutions Development team creates value for UPM businesses as a trusted partner, combining best-in-class end-to-end process knowledge with data-driven and forward-looking approach. Working at the intersection of Sourcing and Finance, our summer trainee will get a vantage view to UPM businesses. We are looking forward to welcoming you to further develop with us! What you will do
- Be part and active contributor in our multi-national and -location Source to Pay Operations team
- Work with Source to Pay process and solutions development
- Provide technical expertise and support for our stakeholders
- Participate in projects or smaller initiatives
- Be responsible for an own initiative during the summer time
Who you are
We are looking for students (e.g. sourcing, procurement, finance) who have already advanced a bit in their studies. We appreciate a positive and energetic attitude, as well as taking initiative and responsibility. In our work environment you will need excellent English skills (both written and spoken). Other UPM language skills like Finnish, German, Polish or Spanish are considered as an asset. Knowledge in process development in general and continuous improvement in particular is also seen as an asset.
We will onboard you to your tasks, as well as the rules and ways of working in our workplace. From your first day, you are a full member of our working community, and we encourage you to be active, learn, and ask questions about your work.
