Role
- Our client is seeking Finnish speaking Customer Service Agents to join their team in Malta. Relocation assistance is provided, including accommodation, in addition to a competitive salary and an array of employee benefits.
- Responsibilities include;
- Providing customer assistance and resolving issues for Finnish speaking players through live chat and email.
- Helping customers to navigate and manage the website.
- Working with other teams such as Payments & Fraud to maintain a safe and reliable Gaming environment.
- Gathering customer feedback to enhance services and pass on important information to the relevant departments.
Candidate
- Entry-level role with no prior experience required as full on-the-job training will be provided
- Fluency in Finnish and a good level of English is a must
- Fluency in additional languages will be considered a bonus.
- A problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude towards customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in customer service in iGaming or similar online services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and adapt to different shifts, including late nights and weekends, to cater to a global customer base.
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking in a dynamic environment.
- Technical proficiency in navigating and assisting with online Gaming platforms.
