We' are looking for a SUPPLY CHAIN SPECIALIST to join our Greaseproof Papers team in Espoo.
What will you get to do
You will be managing and coordinating supply chain daily operations of Greaseproof Papers in a global environment and working as a part of multinational organisation. You will be at center of the operative action ensuring smooth supply chain operations in close cooperation with sales, customer service, mill organisation, ICT and internal sourcing and logistics teams.
This is a great vantage point and offers you an opportunity to learn and gain understanding beyond your area of responsibility as you will be working closely with several different stakeholders in various parts of our organisation.
Key responsibilities:

Operative daily support for Customer Service and Sales related to global supply chain topics (such as freight questions, route clarifications, lead times etc.)

Analysing supply chain operations to identify procedures to further develop the operations

Supply chain reporting and related development

Coordinating supply chain master data and supply chain related system integrations between internal and external partners

Maintaining instructions and guidance regarding the global supply chain

Coordinating warehouse inventories

Substituting in demand planning

A close collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g. MG Sourcing and Logistics)
You will be located in Espoo head office in Finland, and you report to Supply Chain Manager, Greaseproof Papers. This is a fixed-term position for two years.
What are we expecting of you?
We are looking for a self-driven team player who is determined to reach results and eager to continuously develop global supply chain processes and operations. In order to be successful in this position you need have strong analytical and problem solving skills. You understand the importance of collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and have strong communication and cooperation skills.
You have a suitable education, preferably a technical or commercial university degree and few years of relevant experience from supply chain. You have an understanding of the global supply chain and logistic processes, and conceptual understanding of different Make-to-Order and Make-to-Stock supply models. For the successful demand planning substitution, you have well-developed abilities to work with figures to make analyses and to draw conclusions to present in a comprehensive manner. You are familiar with SAP, SCM/APO, PBI, MS Office applications. This role requires fluency in both verbal and written English. Finnish and German language skills are an advantage.
