We are now looking for a SW Engineer to join our team of 100 software specialists. We are developing L1 SW and Continuous Integration and Delivery pipeline for new baseband products for 4G, 5G and beyond. Your main responsibilities revolve around developing L1 software for Nokia 5G products.

As part of our team, you will get to do:
- Analysis, specification, design, refactoring and implementation of L1 SW
- Code reviews
- SW problem analysis and solving
- SW unit and component testing
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You are proactive and independent, and have great communication skills that allow you to feel comfortable in a team and to motivate colleagues. Our language at work is English, so you are fluent enough. You enjoy learning on the job and share our values that build our company culture. Additionally, you have a university/polytech degree in Computer Sciences, Electrical Engineering or equivalent educational level knowledge.
You have a few years' of experience in:
- Embedded and/or distributed systems knowledge
- C++ and Python programming skills
- L1 Fronthaul SW area knowledge
- Radio SW area knowledge
- Linux environment and Linux shell scripting knowledge
- Gerrit and Git knowledge
It would be good if you also had knowledge about:
- Digital communication systems and processes, especially 4G/5G
- Build systems (e.g. CMake, Bitbake), containers (e.g. Docker), software automation
- Agile practices, test automation, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery
- AI toolsets (eg. GitHub CoPilot)
