Swedish Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a Swedish Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Support Team in Mariehamn.

Are you a service minded team player with a big heart for customers and an eye for top class customer service? Do you possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish? Are you interested in gaming and enjoy working within a great team? If so, you might be who we are looking for!

As a Customer Support Specialist at Paf, you'd be expected to handle contacts via phone, chat and email in Swedish. Typing and other computer skills are important. Additionally, all internal communication is in English, therefore a good level of the English language is also expected.

Previous experience in customer support is an advantage but not a must. We mostly value willingness to learn and the right service attitude.
