As we continue to grow rapidly, we are strengthening our Frends R&D and Product Management team. As a result, we're looking for a new role as a Technical Community Manager.
If you are passionate about building communities, making technical content useful, and helping users succeed, this role could be for you. Join us as we create and grow the Frends Community! You'll play a key role in setting up and managing our online developer community, improving our online documentation, and engaging with our growing base of technical users.
What You'll Do?
Build and Grow the Frends Community
-Launch and manage a developer community platform, including forums, Q&A spaces, and collaborative tools.
-Foster engagement by writing articles, managing discussions, and responding to user questions.
-Drive participation and grow the community into a hub for integration professionals.
Own Frends Documentation
-Manage and improve our learning material and tools, like docs.frends.com and academy.frends.com.
-Ensure content is clear, up-to-date, and user-friendly.
-Work hands-on to create and update guides, tutorials, and best practices.
Enhance User Engagement
-Monitor and respond to discussions on community platforms, e.g. GitHub, Stack Overflow, G2.
-Collaborate with product management, R&D, and UX to address user feedback.
-Explore and recommend tools and strategies to improve community engagement.
Be the Voice of the Community
-Advocate for user needs within Frends, ensuring their feedback shapes product improvements.
-Facilitate connections between users and internal teams to resolve technical questions.

What You Bring
We're looking for someone who is:
-Technically Curious: You don't need to code, but you understand APIs, automation, and integration concepts. Experience with iPaaS or similar technologies is a plus.
-A Great Communicator: You can create technical and non-technical content that's clear and engaging.
-Community-Oriented: You enjoy interacting with users, managing forums, and building relationships.
-Self-Driven: This hands-on role requires initiative and the ability to work independently.
-Collaborative: You thrive in a cross-functional environment, working closely with different stakeholders, such as product managers and developers.
-Flexible and positive: You have a positive mindset and like to work in fast-paced situations in a growing IT company.
-Fluency in English, with professional verbal and written skills.
-Preferably living in Sweden or Finland with a requirement to visit our Stockholm or Espoo office on a weekly/monthly basis.

Additional Information

-The start is flexible according to your situation.
-The role requires professional written and spoken English.
-We prefer locations near our offices in Stockholm, Sweden, or Espoo, Finland, as we would like you to visit the office from time to time.
-Our recruitment process includes three to four discussions (digital and live). To ensure a smooth and informative process, you will meet at least our People Integrator, CTO, and Head of Product. Reference checks are also included in our process.
