We are looking a Trainee, HR to join our Country HR team in Finland.
The Country HR team in Finland delivers customer-centric, localized, and compliant HR services to support businesses and managers effectively. As an HR Trainee, you will contribute to the team's success by assisting in defined projects and activities. This role provides the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in diverse HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and administrative support. By engaging in various HR initiatives, the HR Trainee will develop practical skills and insights into the dynamic field of human resources.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Support HR Annual Processes: Assist with activities related to HR's annual cycles and the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution and compliance
- Provide Guidance and Documentation: Offer support and advice on internal HR instructions, policies, and guidelines
- Contribute to Development Initiatives: Participate in diverse development initiatives and projects to enhance HR processes and outcomes
- Ad Hoc Support and Internal Communication: Handle ad hoc tasks and assist in maintaining clear and effective internal communication
- Summer Holiday Backfill: Step into defined HR generalist tasks during summer holidays to ensure continuity in HR operations
- Trainee Program Activities: Support and coordinate activities related to the Trainee program.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience
- Close to graduation in a relevant field of university studies
- Previous experience in HR process areas is desirable.

- Customer-oriented and collaborative mindset
- Self-driven and able to steer one's own work
- Attention to detail & ability to work systematically
- Good judgement & maturity to handle confidential matters
- Fluent in Finnish and English.
