We are now looking for a motivated

Trainee, Modernization Business Development

to join our team in Espoo, Finland, on a full-time, fixed-term basis from March to September 2025. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic modernization projects and gain valuable experience in business development in a global organization.

Responsibilities and Key Activities


As a trainee, you will support the Modernization team by:

  • Analyzing data from our install base and markets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Creating action plans and schedules for upcoming projects.

  • Developing measurement tools and dashboards to track relevant performance metrics.

  • Prepare and update documentation in collaboration with subject matter experts to communicate customer value.

  • Following up on benefit realization for solutions and initiatives.

  • Using external databases and research tools to build market insights and analyses.

What We Are Looking For


We are seeking a candidate who:

  • Understands the principles of customer value creation and is eager to learn new skills.

  • Can analyze data in a logical and systematic way and simplify complex information.

  • Has a proactive mindset and is capable of applying theoretical concepts to practical situations.

  • Enjoys collaboration and contributes to team success.

Requirements for the Role

  • Currently pursuing occupational studies or relevant experience in business, engineering, or a related field.

  • Fluency in English (both verbal and written); Finnish is a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

  • Solid presentation and communication skills.

  • Previous project management experience is an asset.

  • A proactive and organized approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Understanding trends and innovations in modern B2B sales is beneficial.
