- open vacancy for interior SITE MANAGER (Shipbuilding and interior installation work).

KMR Installation Oy is a modern installation company for experienced professionals, specializing in hotel and ship construction and interior design solutions. Our strengths are finished workmanship, versatile professionalism, and a strong cooperation network.

We have implemented ambitious and impressive new and refurbished solutions for hotels and ships around the world - from Dubai to Stockholm and Helsinki. We have been involved in projects related to both skyscrapers and detached houses - both in Finland and abroad. We are known for our planned approach to work and precise project management. We work with the client to create a careful project plan and schedule before starting work. At each construction site, we take care of the occupational safety of the employees and the proper supervision of the work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Overall control of the site and all of the functions that the site performs.
Supervises and coordinates site activities.
Manage client expectations while staying on schedule and within budget.
Responsible for all health and safety on site.
Report project progress to the Project Manager. Supporting project management on site. Communication between the work subscriber and KMR Installation Project Manager.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Good English-speaking skills
Ability to speak Russian, and Finnish as an advantage.
Good communication skills
Good literacy of technical drawings.
Good stress management skills.
Masters the basic skills and knowledge of interior design.
Basic tiling installation knowledge.
