We are looking for a
CHIEF SALES OFFICER
for our portfolio companies
You will act as an interim CSO in our portfolio companies. Typically, you already join the DD processes and get a chance to utilize your own sales and sales management knowledge and experience when we evaluate target company's sales processes and organizations. After the investment you will act for a certain period (typically 6-12 months) as an interim CSO and secure sales organization's capabilities to reach the company's growth targets. When/if needed, you have capabilities to implement strong change management and reorganizing operations. After the operational period it is possible that you will continue as an adviser and/or a board member in that company.
We are looking for a top professional who has:
- experience in systematic, international B2B sales, measurement of sales, and sales strategies
- at least 5-10 years of experience and strong track record of successfully leading growth companies' B2B sales and sales channels in international markets e.g. as Sales Director, MD or Business Unit Manager
- experience and proven track record of building up and developing effective sales organizations and sales channels in international markets as well as proven track record of opening new market areas in export markets
- proven track record of successfully implemented change management and rebuilding effective sales organizations
- excellent skills in English language, skills in Swedish and/or German language is a benefit
- strategic and analytical abilities, skills to develop sales organizations and processes in a customer-oriented way
- "hands-on" working style to make things happen
- international level sales and negotiation skills in customer relations as well as in relations to co-operation partners and other stakeholders
