Welding Robot Operator

We are looking for a full-time, permanent welding robot operator for our client Promeco Oy at their Kankaanpää site. The employment relationship will be made between Eilakaisla and the employee, but there may be an opportunity to be employed directly by Promeco later. The employment will start during spring 2025 as agreed.

The job responsibilities include operating, programming, and remote programming of the welding robot, pre-processing and finishing of parts using manual welding methods, monitoring the production process, quality control, and reporting. You will collaborate with the production team and maintain the cleanliness of your workstation. At Promeco, teamwork is highly valued, and every employee is important! Therefore, you can be new to the field or have already gained experience in various methods of robotic or manual welding.

We Expect From You:

- Previous experience in robotic welding or motivation and enthusiasm to learn

- Knowledge of various welding methods, especially TIG and MIG welding

- Ability to read welding symbols and drawings

- Good IT skills

- Active and energetic work attitude

- Flexible attitude

- Fluent in Finnish or English
