Join Our Team as an Administration Specialist in Vaasa, Finland!

As an Administration Specialist, you will take care of internal communications locally, support all Danfoss entities in Finland through various administrative tasks and you work independently on various projects.
In this role, you can look forward to a highly varied workday with many different tasks and a large contact surface across the entire organization. This is a temporary assignment covering parental leave until February 28, 2026.
Job Responsibilities
As an Administration Specialist your responsibilities include:
-Drive internal communications to keep the organization informed and connected.
-Manage a variety of administrative and facilities projects to ensure seamless operations.
-Collect and report on ESG data, contributing to our sustainability goals.
-Organize and coordinate on-site and virtual events
-Oversee employee benefits administration
-Travel administration support
-Handle day-to-day administrative tasks as the go-to person for various stakeholders
Background & Skills
We're looking for someone who is:
-Outgoing, adaptable, and detail-oriented, ready to take on new challenges.
-Fluent in English and Finnish with excellent communication skills.
-Skilled in MS Office365 and adept at juggling multiple tasks.
-A positive problem-solver with a passion for learning and growing.
-A Bachelor of Business Administration or a related field is an advantage, but not a must.
