Administrative Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
-Manage schedules, appointments, and emails.
-Organize files and maintain accurate client records.
-Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
2. Client Management:
-Respond to client inquiries via email and social media platforms.
-Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring smooth service delivery.
-Provide updates on application processes and required documentation.
3. Operations Coordination:
-Track deadlines and follow up with clients and team members.
-Coordinate with partner institutions and external service providers.
-Handle logistics for events, workshops, and orientations.
4. Social Media & Marketing Support:
-Assist in scheduling and posting content across social media platforms.
-Monitor engagement and provide basic customer support online.
