We are now looking for an ITSM/ AIOPS Architect to join our team in Helsinki or Tampere, Finland.

What you will do

You will own and direct the design of the ITSM (ServiceNow) and central AIOPS (Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations) products in UPM IT. This new position allows you to shape and develop ITSM and AIOPS further with your experience and enthusiasm. The IT Service Management Office is a new function in UPM IT and is focusing on supporting UPM IT operational effectiveness by developing shift left and AIOPS capabilities, providing well optimized and transparent ITSM products and SIAM services. In this role, you will:

• Act as ITSM solution architect within UPM IT
• Focus on Enterprise level architecture understanding of ITSM solutions (ServiceNow) and central AIOPS
• Working closely with all IT organizations and key suppliers to ensure common alignment and continuously improve the UPM IT operational effectiveness with ITSM solutions and AIOPS
• Define ITSM solutions and AIOPS vision and strategy to support centralized and decentralized IT services
• Develop comprehensive ITSM solutions and central AIOPS roadmaps
• Define the relevant guidelines and policies for the decentralized AIOPS services
• Be in charge of the development of the ITSM and central AIOPS development in collaboration with key partners
• Ensure continuous improvement and development of the ITSM solutions and AIOS central area
• Be a central consultant and advisor for AIOPS and ITSM solutions topics within the organization
• Maintain in collaboration with key suppliers, a unified set of cross-functional tools to achieve optimal service observability

Who you are

• You are experienced in working in corporate function and matrix set-up with IT functions and businesses
• You have great collaboration and influencing skills and you seek continuous feedback for improvement
• You are experienced in the ServiceNow ITSM and AIOPS solutions
• You have a comprehensive experience on the operational and how ITSM solutions, AIOPS and observability tools are used in reality
• You are aware of past and emerging IT technologies for service management and AIOPS, including understanding of portal, automation and AI potential
• You are highly experienced in managing partners providing sourced services
• You have good influencing and communication skills as well as high motivation and sense of accountability
• You are fluent in written and spoken English, other languages are seen as an asset
