Assembler for Industrial Production in Sipoo, K.Hartwall Oy Ab

Are you interested in working in the metal industry as an assembler? We are looking for assemblers for our partner K.Hartwall Oy Ab in Sipoo for a fixed-term employment.

The work is carried out on weekdays in 3 shifts (morning, evening, night) each shift for a week at a time. You will work in pleasant production facilities in Sipoo, assembling metal trolleys, among other tasks. Your working hours will be 40 hours per week and the employment is initially fixed-term. If you enjoy working in the company and perform well, there may be a possibility to extend the employment. The work will start in January-February 2025.

Your tasks will include mechanical assembly of metal trolleys using hand tools. The work may also involve other production tasks such as hanging metal products. We expect enthusiasm and willingness to learn new things, as well as patience and accuracy for routine production work. The work language in the company is Finnish, Swedish, or English.

The employment contract will be made through Barona. The work is done on weekdays in morning, evening, and night shifts at 6-14, 14-22, and 22-6. The salary is determined by the collective agreement for the technology industry, consisting of a fixed salary component and a variable performance-based salary component, as well as shift work allowances according to the collective agreement. After the first month of employment, the employee's personal qualifications will be evaluated, and the salary may increase. The salary can range from 13-16 €/h.

Please note that the workplace is located in Söderkulla, Sipoo, and having your own car is necessary to access the work shifts.
