We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Data Manager with extensive project leadership experience and deep expertise in data management and development. This role is critical in driving change within customer organizations, leveraging your leadership to guide teams to excellence while adhering to budgets, timelines, and quality standards. We are looking for an experienced professional who is passionate about data management and development and wants to help our customers in reaching their goals.
Key Qualifications:
- Years of experience in data management and development.
- Demonstrated ability to guide, develop, and execute data roles and capability mapping.
- Strong understanding of the commercial value of data to business and its role in supporting decision-making.
- Experience in information architecture, data warehouse and BI technology mapping, practical analytics, and reporting development models.
- Proficiency in project management software, methodologies, and tools.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a drive for continuous advancement.
- Proficiency in Finnish and English is required, and knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
Your Mission:
- Understand customer needs to create value through business technology.
- Develop and execute data models, governance, and management capabilities based on customer needs and objectives.
- Manage key business technology and change management projects for Sofigate's customers.
- Provide consultation across various business and IT functions, including HR, finance, and production.
- Support customers in their decision-making processes.
