Customer Experience Specialist, ABB Oy Marine & Ports

WORK TASKS

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will join ABB Oy Marine & Ports Digital Services team to work in a customer support role. Your main tasks include communication directly with internal and external customers to solve problems, answer questions, and give advice and support. Key elements of the role include familiarity with the company's products and services, and the ability to quickly identify and address customer needs. Success in this role will be demonstrated by improvements in the company's reputation in delivering outstanding customer support. Additionally, you will help coordinate service jobs and manage digital service contracts. You get to interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders to deliver the best possible client experience. This role reports to Operations Manager, Digital Services.

Work is mainly done in office hours from Monday to Friday and your working hours are 37,5 per week. Office is in Helsinki Vuosaari with hybrid working model.

You will be mainly accountable for:

-Managing Digital Service contracts
-Helping customers make use of different features
-Answering incoming calls and emails from customers
-Reporting common product and service complaints
-Coordinating service jobs

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be employed in a one-year fixed term employment relationship, where Adecco will be your employer. Employment starts as soon as the right professional is found. There is also a great chance for continued employment.

WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU

-Experience in customer service and coordination
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Associate or bachelor's degree required
-You are at ease communicating in English. Finnish is considered as advantage.
-Experience managing small contracts is an advantage

As a person you are customer service oriented and great problem solver. You work fluently with different stakeholders but also independently.

The person selected for the position will undergo a drug test.
