We are looking for 5-7 Customer Service Representatives for an industrial sector client. This is a permanent, full-time position starting in spring/summer 2025. The company’s office is located outside the city center in Western Uusimaa, Finland, requiring own transport.
Your role
As part of a global Customer Service team, you will play a key role in supporting our international clients. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer enquiries and overseeing the order-to-invoice process.
- Processing orders and monitoring customer payments, including debt collection.
- Serving as the primary contact for both existing and new international clients.
- Collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
While most tasks are conducted via digital systems, phone-based customer support is also required. After an onboarding period in the office you will work in a hybrid model. With international clients also flexible working hours up to 18:00 are necessary on a rotating basis.
What are we looking for?
To succeed in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Previous work experience in a similar customer service role.
- Fluency in English (required); Finnish language skills are considered a plus.
- Proficiency in using computer systems (e.g., MS Office, SAP, Salesforce).
- A commercial education (e.g., Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent).
