About the role

The Customer Support and Onboarding Agent is a combined role of support and onboarding. This means constant contact with clients - new clients and existing ones with problems which makes this role one of the most important in the company. This role plays a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role will have activities including meetings with existing and new clients, onboard clients in all products, and handling support requests related to all products. You will also maintain good communication with the project manager and support team to achieve optimal results. The successful candidate will have a technical background and an understanding of web
technologies, as well as a systematic, accurate, and interactive approach to work.

Work tasks

  • Answer customer enquiries and provide technical support by phone, email and chat
  • Listen to customer concerns, diagnose problems and provide effective solutions
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Document customer interactions and solutions
  • Set up, customize and onboard clients in all products according to customer specifications
  • Collaborate with other departments

We are looking for

  • A suitable educational background
  • Experience in solution management/support or product development in the technology sector
  • Experience in CRM-managed customer tracking (Hubspot, Zendesk, etc.)
  • Technical background with an understanding or hands-on experience in SaaS development and web technologies
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Finnish

Fluency in Swedish and Norwegian is considered an advantage.

  • Positive and you have a good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
