Digital Data Specialist

At CoS, we are now strengthening our core data team with a digital data specialist. In this role you will join our international data team, working with digital product development, analytics, AI and our new customer data platform (CDP). As a digital data specialist, you will be looking at our data from an analytical point of view, identifying opportunities, insights and helping creating data dashboards to help visualize performance. You will also act as a bridge between users, business, development and power CoS towards a more data driven future in order to deliver better services for our customers.
You will report to the manager of data and customer offering and can be located at any of our main campuses in Stockholm, Oslo or Espoo.
About the role
Your responsibilities:
- Plan and develop the use of digital data from a range of sources and platforms to enhance our digital products.
- Help to drive and identify digital data opportunities within Artificial Intelligence.
- Be proactive to find market leading solutions to visualize digital data and pursue insight for stakeholders within digital development, customer offering, support, UX, marketing and other digital functions.
- Drive innovation and development of digital data analytics in CoS, especially within mobile, web and other digital tracking tools.
- Optimizing digital and data product development within analytics and drive digital data ownership to achieve business value.
- Be responsible for digital data analytics at CoS in Europe.
About you
To succeed and thrive in this role, we see that you have:
- Bachelor's degree in information management, data analytics, computer science, or a similar field.
- 3+ years' experience working with digital tracking tools such as Google 4, Adobe or similar.
- Ability to read, interpret, and verify data.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of tag management tools (Google Tag Manager) as well as Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools e.g. DataStudio, Tablea or similar.
- Microsoft Azure, Power BI and SQL skills appreciated.
- You are business savvy and can act cross functionally within CoS to deliver and scale best practice through collaboration and insights.
- Understanding of users and customer needs.
- Good understanding of the agile mindset and values.
