We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with focus expertise in email marketing, social media, and CRM management (Pipedrive experience preferred), ideally with experience in tech or a similar fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be adept at creating and executing data-driven email campaigns, managing customer relationships through our CRM system, and building an engaged online community through social media platforms.
What will I be doing?
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage and optimize Pipedrive CRM for tracking customer relationships, sales pipeline management, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead management and data accuracy within the CRM system.
- Create and manage engaging social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), driving brand visibility and engagement.
- Execute social media strategies tailored to a tech-savvy audience, focused on increasing brand awareness, community building, and lead generation.
- Analyze campaign performance across email, CRM, and social media, using insights to inform continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in email marketing, social media, and CRM technologies, particularly in tech or similar industries.
- Develop email segmentation and automation workflows to maximize customer retention and conversion rates.
- Engage with social media audiences, responding to comments, and fostering active conversations around our brand.
- Ensure compliance with marketing regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and adopt industry best practices.
What skills do I need?
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on email marketing, CRM management, and social media.
- Experience working in the tech industry or a similar fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Proficiency in managing Pipedrive CRM or similar CRM systems to track and nurture leads.
- Strong English writing skills for creating compelling content tailored to tech-savvy audiences.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with integrating Pipedrive (CRM) with other marketing platforms and marketing automation.
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms, including strategy, scheduling, and engagement.
- Analytical skills with a proven ability to track and optimize campaign performance.
- Understanding of email marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
