We are looking for a Trainee to join our Finance team. If spending your summer close to the business, working with numbers, and learning from a team full of professionals sounds like your cup of tea, this is THE opportunity for you.
The main initiative of our Finance team is to run finance operations for all Framery entities, including financial accounting, financial and tax reporting, AP and AR processes with payments, and many other financial tasks related to overall business cooperation. We also support all our Framerians with any finance-related questions. We operate in a global environment and cover finance operations on three continents.
In this role, you will be part of the daily hands-on work in finance, particularly in accounts receivable and accounts payable. Eagerness and a positive attitude to learning are essential, and overall curiosity is a valued trait at Framery Finance. We are looking for a proactive team player who is a quick learner, can work independently, and knows when to ask colleagues for guidance.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Running and managing accounts payable and payments for assigned legal entities.
- Running and managing accounts receivable and incoming payments for assigned legal entities
- Supporting selected accounting tasks and financial reporting.
What we are looking for:
- Good communication skills in English (a must) and Finnish (nice to have), both written and spoken.
- Some work experience and/or studies in accounting, bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and/or accounts payable tasks. All previous work experience is considered an advantage.
- Ability to adapt to a changing work environment and varying daily tasks.
- A proactive team player attitude with a "get it done" mentality.

This is a full-time and fixed-term position from May to the end of August 2025. We hope you can start on May 5th, but the exact dates can be agreed on together to suit the needs of both parties best. The position is located in Tampere, and we work with a hybrid model - therefore, a readiness to visit The Factory (Framery HQ) actively to work with the team and meet colleagues is required.
