What you will do

Our Graduate Programme aims to strengthen your professional and personal competencies.  In addition, you will have a chance to develop your business network.

• You will work closely with the corporate communications team on a wide variety of projects and assignments related to external and internal communications, covering both strategic and day-to-day tasks.

• Based on your interest and skills, the focus of your work might be, for example, in social media, media relations, content creation or supporting various development projects.

• We promise you the opportunity to dive deeply into the interesting world of corporate communications within a global company, making a positive impact on the everyday lives of people worldwide.

Who you are

• You are a recent graduate or final-year student from a relevant field of study (for example, communications, marketing, public relations, journalism).

• You have excellent written and verbal communications skills-English required.

• You are organised, with attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.

• You have the willingness and ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• You must be eligible to work full-time in Helsinki, Finland.
