What you will do
Our Graduate Programme aims to strengthen your professional and personal competencies. In addition, you will have a chance to develop your business network.

You will work closely with the corporate communications team on a wide variety of projects and assignments related to external and internal communications, covering both strategic and day-to-day tasks.

Based on your interest and skills, the focus of your work might be, for example, in social media, media relations, content creation or supporting various development projects.

Who you are

You are a recent graduate or final-year student from a relevant field of study (for example, communications, marketing, public relations, journalism).

You have excellent written and verbal communications skills-English required.

You are organised, with attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.

You have the willingness and ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

You must be eligible to work full-time in Helsinki, Finland.
