What you will do
Our Graduate Programme aims to strengthen your professional and personal competencies. In addition, you will have a chance to develop your business network.
In this role, you will:

Learn about the Specialty Papers customer landscape and paper grades in Europe and the Americas

Support the creation and execution of go-to-market plans of existing and new products
-
Support the sales team in varied activities related to the sales process, including customer relationship management, pricing and new business development

Support development of sales tools for value selling efforts
-
Participate in the implementation of digital tools and systems
-
Take part, where required, in industry events and exhibitions
Who you are

You will have successfully completed a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
-
You are motivated to build up expertise in B-to-B sales and the paper/packaging market in the longer term

You have a strong customer focus and motivation to build trust-based customer relationships

You have excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills

You have a strong capability to adapt to change and adjust quickly

You are energized by challenging and improving how things are done

You are willing and able to travel regularly.
