We are now looking for a Graduate, Operations Development to join the UPM Raflatac team. Home location of the position will be in Tampere, Finland.

You will be part of our global production team and have a superb vantage point to explore opportunities in truly global production platform. What you will do
 

Our Graduate Programme aims to strengthen your professional and personal competencies.  In addition, you will have a chance to develop your business network. 

In this role, you will:

  • Collect and analyse production data

  • Take part in continuous improvement work at factories to develop product quality and production efficiency

  • Work together with production and quality teams to standardize processes

  • Develop production reporting

  • You have excellent analytical skills

  • You have production related studies e.g. Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management

  • International experience is seen as an asset
