Are you looking for exciting opportunities in areas such as digitalization, data analytics, artificial intelligence and their applications e.g., in innovation, R&D, and new businesses? If so, we have a great opportunity for you in UPM Technology Function's organization. You will work on high impact projects with team members from operational teams to management. We are looking for a good, creative individual to assist us continue to renew and improve. What you will do

You will participate in various Technology Function related projects including:

• Development of data collection, analytics, and reporting of our R&D and new business development operations and projects

• Digitalization and expansion of knowledge and usage of our reporting tools such as Power Apps, Power BI, and some AI based tools

• Development of innovation management, e.g., portfolio management and technology scouting

Who you are

• You hold an MSc in engineering or economics, such as Industrial Engineering and Management, Computer/Data Sciences, Information Systems Management, or Business Analytics, with some working experience

• You have already gathered experience from analytics and data-driven decision making, digitalization and use of various digital tools (including Power BI and some AI-based tools)

• You have a growth-oriented mindset and the ability to think both strategically and conceptually

• You have excellent written and good spoken skills in English

• You have good presentation skills and ability to work with different kinds of projects in a multicultural environment

• We appreciate a positive and energetic attitude, as well as taking initiative and responsibility
