Role Overview: As our ICT Manager, you will be the key driver of our technology infrastructure, responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and security of our ICT systems across all locations. You will be the go-to person for all ICT-related matters, working closely with various internal and external stakeholders. This role is a perfect fit for a tech-savvy professional who enjoys being hands-on, has a collaborative spirit, and is motivated by the challenge of managing ICT needs independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ICT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the management, maintenance, and optimization of all ICT systems, ensuring they meet the company's needs across multiple countries.
  • ICT Security: Implement and enforce robust ICT security protocols to protect company data and assets.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Serve as the first point of contact for all ICT-related issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teams across different countries to understand their ICT needs and provide customized hands-on support.
  • Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality service delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for improving the efficiency, security, and performance of the company's ICT systems.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of long-term ICT strategies that align with the company’s growth and goals.
  • IT Certification Management: Lead ISO 27001 Certification Process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an ICT Manager or similar role, preferably in a company with international operations.
  • Strong knowledge of ICT systems, networks, and security practices.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with remote teams.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical staff.
