IT Solution Architect, EPM

Nokia is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an IT Solution Architect with a focus on financial reporting using Onestream EPM. In this role, you will be responsible for building and supporting our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) suite of products in the areas of group consolidation, management reporting, external reporting, and operational planning.

You will be working in an engaging team environment that promotes virtual collaboration with a multicultural team spread across 3 continents. Our team plays a crucial role in supporting Nokia by providing solutions in the financial reporting space.

As an IT Solution Architect, your main contributions will be in the group consolidation and external financial reporting area using Onestream EPM. You will have the opportunity to work with multiple technologies and processes, allowing you to grow and expand your skills beyond the financial consolidation and external financial reporting area.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

We are looking for a candidate who will act as the Subject Matter Expert and IT administrator for Onestream EPM.

As part of the team, you will:

• Design, build, migrate, and test OneStream for multidimensional data models, including dimensions, hierarchies, and attributes
• Build input templates, reports and workflow in Onestream
• Implement Data Integration to Nokia internal and external systems
• Implement calculation processes such as allocation, top-down spreading, and currencies
• Manage workflow, data permissions, and security
• Act as a technical administrator for Onestream
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and leadership stakeholders
• Collaborate and work within a multicultural, global team and effectively coordinate across time zones and foster teamwork.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You have:

• Previous experience implementing OneStream EPM in a Finnish or Northern European company
• Experience with migrating applications from Oracle to OneStream
• Experience in configuring and setting up OneStream
• Experience in designing and building applications on OneStream using best practices
• Proficiency in building workflows, data integration, rules/scripts, and security in OneStream
• Knowledge in core accounting areas
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and leadership stakeholders
• Experience collaborating within multicultural, global teams, with strong cross-cultural communication skills, effective coordination across time zones, and the ability to foster teamwork

It would be nice if you also had:

• Understanding and experience with various project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
• Professional certifications in OneStream
