We are looking for a self-guided, result-oriented and collaborative

IT Solution Manager, End User Services (EUS)

to join the Digital Workplace Solutions team. The position is permanent and it is based at the Neste headquarters, in Espoo (Finland). 

 

In this IT Solution Manager role, you are responsible for leading the overall End User Services daily service and operations with partner vendors to ensure secure and efficient delivery of End User Services services. This responsibility area includes solution management of Service Desk, IT local support, workstation management and telecommunications and mobile devices. You will work closely with colleagues from the Digital Workplace Solutions team as well as with service area vendors, IT Architects and our business representatives to ensure successful delivery of IT solutions in this area.

Your role in our team

• Have end to end accountability of Neste's global IT End Users Services, their lifecycle and the development and maintenance activities related to them 
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors providing services within the scope of this role
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, fostering collaboration and innovation
• Monitor vendor performance (e.g SLAs) and address any issues proactively 
• Be involved in managing vendor contracts, ensuring optimal value and performance
• Ensure that agreed service delivery processes are being followed and produce expected outcomes in a cost effective manner
• Enhance services aligning with identified needs and providing tangible value to organizational objectives
• Be responsible for the financial management (e.g cost forecast, invoice handling) 
• Foster a culture of customer service excellence and continuous improvement

The best combination to succeed in this role

• Several years of experience IT service management, preferably in the End User Services area
• Practical knowledge of End User Services and the business processes used to manage and support them (e.g Service Desk, Local Support, Workstation management, etc.) 
• Experience with vendor and stakeholder management 
• Financial management experience 
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines at the same time as being a good team player, providing and asking help when needed
• Fluency in English
