About the role
We are looking for a Junior People & Payroll Specialist to Fortum People & Payroll Services Poland team to ensure reliable and high-quality service for our internal customers in Poland. As a Junior People & Payroll Specialist, you have a great chance to support Fortum's success by creating a positive employee experience by handling service requests from employees and managers and contributing to various People and Payroll processes.
Your main tasks include the administration of employee benefits, preparation of reports and statements, participation in projects, updating and translating materials and presentations and performing other administrative tasks in People and Payroll area.
This is a temporary full-time position until the end of 2025. We're looking for a new person to join us in Gdansk, Poland. We work flexibly in a hybrid model that adapts to both your personal and professional needs.
About you
- To succeed in this role, you should have around 1-2 years of experience in People (HR) Services or another People (HR) or Payroll role, preferably in a large-sized company.
- You can organize your own work and you have good communication and collaboration skills.
- You're really good in Excel, fast and efficient in learning to use new tools and systems and you have an eye for detail.
- You can be described as a quick and accurate person.
- You're fluent in Polish and English and your education supports your career in People/Payroll area.
