We are strengthening our People & Culture team and are now looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to help our exceptional Framery team grow further. In this role, you will support our Talent Acquisition team in various recruitment and employer branding tasks. You will take the responsibility of organizing and coordinating school and guild collaboration to ensure smooth communication and partnership with one of our most important external stakeholders. In addition you will support our Talent Acquisition team in various recruitment tasks from sourcing for open roles across the organization, screening applications, contacting candidates and conducting interviews. You will be supported by our experienced Talent Acquisition Partners and get a chance to work with people across the organization and with external partners from universities and guilds.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate Framery's collaboration with universities and guilds: arrange events, handle communication, build relationships and new ways of collaborating
- Host visiting groups at the Framery factory
- Take part in recruitment activities: screen applications, interview and evaluate candidates together with hiring managers
- Source candidates for open positions to generate a strong pool of talent for open roles by utilizing social media (eg. LinkedIn), professional networks etc.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Collaborate with our internal marketing team to support in employer branding activities
What we expect from you?
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer-focused and collaborative mindset
- Self-motivated and able to work towards deadlines and targets
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Fluent Finnish and English, both written and spoken
- Some prior experience within recruitment or in HR
- Basic knowledge of labour laws, collective agreements and their application in work life is seen as an asset
- Experience with modern digital office tools and some ATS system is seen as an advantage
- Applicable M.Sc. or B.Sc. studies (eg. Business, HR, marketing, education or other)

Practicalities:
This is a full-time and fixed-term position starting as soon as possible until the end of September 2025. The position is located in Tampere and we work with a hybrid model - therefore a readiness to work from The Factory (Framery HQ) is required at least 3 days per week. This will help you to meet people, understand the culture and get the support you need in your role while having the flexibility to work from home or third places as well.
