TTI Nordic is a well-consolidated company, which markets and sells a wide range of power tools, outdoor products, hand tools and accessories under the market-leading brands RYOBI®, EMPIRE® and MILWAUKEE® and we sell through a large network of distributors in the Nordic and Baltic countries. End customers are typically quality conscious DIY people for our RYOBI® brand and professional users for MILWAUKEE® brand.
We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to further strengthen RYOBI®’s, position in the Finnish market. You come with a solid knowledge of KAM work and have a strong understanding of building partnerships with new and existing customers across Finland. You will work in close cooperation with the Finnish sales team and will be part of the Nordic & Baltic KAM team.
We believe the right candidate has previously worked as Key Account Manager or Product Manager and comes with a background from the FMCG market. You need to have a clear expertise of the Finnish market situation, to easily identify the best solution for the larger success with different kind of customers, but you don’t need to have in-depth knowledge of the power tool business as you have a strong team to support you.

The key factors for your success are experience with Key Account Management, you have determination, and the ability to build long-term and trusting customer relationships. We appreciate an energetic way of working and we believe that good communication skills are the key to succeeding in this role. You will work with a high level of stakeholders, where strong negotiation skills are required and thus the ability to see the larger picture, even when the good solutions take a little longer to reach – we are in it, for the long run. We believe constructive feedback is important and in TTI Nordic we value trust and teamwork, and we do our best each day to raise the bar, working as a strong business partner to our customers and colleagues.
You work from your home office and your time is equally spent talking to your customers, the local Finnish sales organization, as well as Nordic meetings with the KAM organization. For this role, travelling days will be expected to visit across the Finnish region, as well as visits to Copenhagen Nordic office for Nordic Key Account meetings, as well as our yearly Nordic Conference in week 32, where we gather all our employees from across Nordics and Baltics.
Take charge of the entire sales process and develop the market with KA customers!
In this role, you get your own portfolio, you plan your own day, and you work from your home office.
In addition, you will have the primary responsibility for planning and following up several exciting sales activities, campaigns and assortments with you Key Account customers.
This means that you:
- direct and implement RYOBI®'s campaign activities.
- maintain and update actively customers assortment.
- maintain and develop existing customer relationships in collaboration with KAMS.
- do daily follow ups on leads for new business opportunities and update our CRM system.
- Close collaboration with marketing, product and KAM teams regarding customer needs and market trends.
Outgoing and relationship-building salesperson
- You have experience in sales and Key Account Management, with a proven track record.
- You have strong communication skills and can master these across cultures.
- You are fluent in Finnish and English.
- You can see yourself in a role where you create long-term customer relationships.
- You have a high drive and energy plus a keen eye for new business opportunities.
- You have a structured relationship with your sales work and have strong IT skills.
- You are practically oriented and have a desire to develop your technical knowledge and product understanding.
