Eficode is growing and we are looking for a License Specialist.

Your Role and Responsibilities

You will be at the crossroads of our sales teams, customers, partners and finance teams to manage and coordinate license sales and processes. 

In this role, you will:

  • prepare licenses resale quotations for our sales teams
  • keep payment processes up-to-date and ensure proper documentation for license purchasing
  • initiate, develop, implement and document license-related processes
  • support other license teams at Eficode on these processes, but also on Salesforce, portals used by our vendors and any other tools used in license resale
  • communicate regularly with vendors and customers
  • ensure that all the information related to licensing is communicated internally, to all license and sales teams across the whole organization
  • participate to monthly margin reviews with the finance team
  • occasionally act as a consultant, helping clients understand their licensing requirements.

You will be part of the Atlassian business team and will report to the Head of Atlassian Business in Finland. You will also collaborate with license teams across the organization, as well as with our sales and finance teams.

What skills are we looking for?

You have experience in license management, can easily work with various stakeholders and have a business acumen. As a professional, you are thorough, accurate, organized and communicate effectively.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • experience in license management: you previously managed software licenses and understand licensing models, compliance and best practices. You also maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • partner relationship management know-how: you excel in nurturing partnerships with vendors and ensuring mutually beneficial deals.
  • effective communication skills with license, finance and sales teams at Eficode, as well as license vendors and customers.
  • collaborative mindset: you have experience supporting internal teams, providing them with the necessary training and documentation on licensing matters.
  • process development experience: you can develop and maintain licensing-related processes and documentation. You also identify processes that need improvement and you implement changes.
  • financial acumen: you understand licensing business and related financial principles.
  • Salesforce experience: proficiency in Salesforce for license-related tasks is essential.

The following are advantageous:

  • Full proficiency in Finnish language is an asset.
  • Experience with Atlassian tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce customizations related to licensing.
  • Additional licensing tools experience: Netsuite or any other licensing management tools or software beyond Salesforce and vendor portals.
  • Sales or related experience

Please note that this role is available in Helsinki or Tampere and requires you to be living in Finland near one of our offices in either of the cities.
