As Director, Used Equipment Solutions, you will lead the activities of the company's Used Equipment globally and support the teams. The position will also be responsible for aligning the Used Equipment business with Kalmar strategy, delivering sales goals, customer satisfaction and profitability.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Lead, develop and execute all used equipment business within Kalmar - including sales, rental, and refurbishment - in accordance with the Kalmar strategy
- Develop and optimize operations, functions, systems, resources, and internal/external customer services
- Plan and implement a dedicated organization to support the used equipment business growth
- Ensure strong business performance across Kalmar's regional footprint.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- Minimum of (5) years' experience in equipment sales and/or equipment rental
- Experience with used equipment sales and refurbishment is seen as an advantage
- Operations experience including equipment repair and maintenance management
- Strong analytical, reasoning, and decision-making abilities
- Leadership experience with proven ability to provide continuous and timely support through feedback, problem solving and development opportunities
- Strong interaction and communication skills.
