Manager, Strategic Pricing

We are looking for a

Strategic Pricing Manager, Services Business

to join our team in Espoo, Finland. In this position, you will lead the development and management of global pricing strategies across all product lines, ensuring consistency, profitability, and market competitiveness. Collaborating closely with sales areas, other business lines and offering units, you will drive profitability improvement programs, support pricing development for service agreements, and take the lead in creating innovative pricing models to foster sustainable growth.

Main responsibilities and tasks: 

• Managing and developing global pricing guidelines and maintaining up-to-date global reference price lists.
• Planning, implementing, and following up on global price adjustments in collaboration with Sales Areas.
• Pricing for new products in coordination with other Services P&L units to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
• Conducting product and customer-level sales and margin analysis to drive sales growth and margin improvements.
• Following up on market prices to maintain competitive positioning.
• Developing and launching pricing models, including risk management, to support sustainable growth.
• Creating and managing pricing tools and templates to ensure pricing consistency across all markets.
• Supporting agreement-based customer project pricing to align with service contracts and business goals.

To shine in this position, we hope you to have:  

• Master's degree in technology/business/industrial management, engineering, economics, or similar
• A strong commercial mindset and deep understanding of diverse markets, business models, and pricing strategies.
• Proven experience in pricing, financial analysis, and profitability improvement initiatives.
• Analytical skills to interpret complex data and develop actionable pricing strategies.
• Experience with service agreements and risk management principles, particularly in relation to project pricing.
• A continuous improvement mindset with a proactive approach to refining pricing models.
• A positive, solution-oriented mindset and a collaborative working style
• Fluency in English
