We are looking to hireProject Manager to join our Next Generation Audit (NGA) Program Team in Helsinki.

What kind of work is it about?

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team and drive the success of our NGA projects. As a Project Manager at NGA program, you will be responsible for driving projects from planning to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at different levels to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Depending on the project there is expected to be co-operation at network level and with colleagues from global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage project teams, providing clear direction and support to achieve project goals.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and changes to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Foster a collaborative environment and maintain effective communication across all project participants.
  • Ensure quality standards are met and project deliverables are completed to specifications.

    What doyou expect from me?

    • Bachelor's or master's degree in economics and business administration, business information technology or in relevant field
    • Strong project management skillsand experience of technology or IT service implementations
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with multicultural teams
    • English language skills (both written and spoken)
