As Partner Manager you would be a part of the Strategic Partnerships unit in Personal Injury Claims, which is a Nordic Sourcing team. You would be responsible for procurement and partner management in selected categories/areas in the Nordics working closely with stakeholders all over If. In addition, you would be responsible for leading procurement or Personal Injury related development projects Nordicly.
About the role
The Partner Manager develops and implements the category, sourcing, and partner/supplier strategies for selected categories and areas based on market and spend analysis in line with relevant product and claims strategies in accordance with If's policies and guidelines. S/he develops and manages designated partner/supplier relationships in cooperation with relevant stakeholders. The Partner Manager is responsible for securing and developing cost efficient and smooth customer journeys together with relevant stakeholders and agile squads. The role includes:
- Developing and implementing category and sourcing strategy in collaboration with relevant stakeholders based on If's strategy.
- Analyzing and gathering insights of partner networks including potential partners and the supply market for the category at a local or regional level establishing a comprehensive understanding of the supplier market and competitive landscape.
- Analyze partner spend and create a total cost of ownership view for relevant category and/or customer journey at regional or local level and ensuring accuracy of spend reports used by management.
- Determining steering logic towards partners based on TCO and other metrics.
- Lead sourcing and procurement projects including scoping, developing the strategy, tendering, cost analysis, negotiations, contract drafting and negotiations and other related activities according to relevant guidelines, processes, and instructions.
- Lead partner relationship management within defined area, develop and follow-up partner KPIs together with stakeholders.
- Facilitate and support compliance to procurement process and agreements by e.g. Ensuring internal training of stakeholders about the partner networks, content in agreements, processes, services and any other relevant information.
- Leading or participating in Personal Injury or procurement related development projects.
- Responsible for ensuring partner/supplier base compliance to If sustainability requirements and other If policies and instructions.
- Supporting and participating in cross regional sourcing and supplier management activity, initiatives, projects and ongoing management.

Who are you?
You have experience in sourcing, negotiations, and project management, with a solid understanding of relevant national or EU legislation. You are proactive, take initiative naturally, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. You are a curious, fast learner with superb analytical skills and a systematic approach to work.
Your experience has provided you with competence in creating and running Requests for Proposal (RFPs), drafting and negotiating contracts, and managing supplier and partner relationships (SRM). You are skilled in project and change management, cost modeling, investment calculations, and data analysis. Additionally, you are equipped to develop category and sourcing strategies, identify supply chain risks, and engage effectively with stakeholders.
